- Call for abstracts: September 2024.
- Registration opens: September 2024.
- Submission of oral presentations: 10th November 2024.
- Decision on acceptance of oral presentations: before 1st December 2024.
- Early registration: before 15th January 2025.
- Submission of abstracts for poster presentations and final versions of abstracts for accepted oral presentations: before 1st March 2025.
- Late registration before 1st March 2025.

Wanneer de aanmelding van deelnemers met presentaties aan het symposium eenmaal is afgerond, zal worden bekeken of er nog voldoende ruimte is voor donateurs van De Vlinderstichting om tegen een speciaal tarief het symposium bij te wonen.
